I’ll show you how to log your daily macronutrient (carbohydrate, protein & fat) intake and analyze whether or not you’re consuming the correct amounts of nutrients for your body pertaining to your goal(s). I’ll teach you how to calculate the correct distribution of macronutrients to sustain an adequate energy level and also meet the requirements of your goals and provide weekly consultation (and accountability) to ensure that you’re maintaining the correct nutritional behaviors.
